The Brega Oil Marketing Company has confirmed the availability of fuel in the Sabha warehouse, with sufficient quantities for two weeks.
The company said that the responsibility for delivering fuel to the stations rests with the distribution companies, and it was found that they were unable to deliver fuels due to the blockage of the road by some people.
This prevented us from being able to supply some areas with fuel, despite the continued implementation of all orders for the fuel stations of distribution companies from the Sabha oil depot to various and other regions and municipalities in the south, the company added.
The company appealed to the concerned authorities to control and monitor the distribution of fuel, pointing out that the average daily quantities of fuel that are distributed to stations in the southern regions through their affiliated distribution companies amount to 800,000 liters per day.
