Mohamed al-Menfi, Chairman of the Presidential Council, met yesterday with Tunisian Foreign Minister Othman Jerandi to discuss Libya’s situation on the sidelines of the 38th African Union summit in Addis Ababa.
Misbah Ouhaida, a member of Libyan Parliament, said that the dispute over who would occupy senior positions of the country’s sovereign institutions, including the Central Bank of Libya, can only be resolved through a vote.
