Al-Sarir – The Training and Development Department of the Arabian Gulf Oil Company concluded a specialized training course titled “Geological Operations and Oil Well Monitoring” at the training center in the Al-Sarir oil field, in cooperation with the Geology Department.
The company’s Media Office Director, Ahmed Al-Oraibi, explained that the course, which ran from October 03 to 09, was attended by 11 trainees from the field’s Geology Department staff. He noted that these programs are part of a series of training initiatives implemented by the company at its various oil sites.
Al-Oraibi pointed out that the goal of the course is to enhance the efficiency of newly appointed young personnel in the field of geology and to enable them to acquire the necessary technical skills for monitoring geological operations and overseeing oil wells, which enhances performance and improves production levels in the fields.
He added that the company places great importance on developing its human resources through investment in continuous training and the exchange of field expertise, which supports its approach based on professional excellence and achieving the highest quality standards in oil operations.
