Egypt led by football star Mohamed Salah beat Libya with a score from Omar Marmoush on Friday night, making the Pharaohs the new leader of Group F with 7 points and Libya falls to second place.
The first half of the Alexandria match ended with a goalless draw, and on 49 minute of the second half, Marmoush scored a goal.
The two national teams will face each other again next Monday.
