Benghazi – A fire broke out today, Tuesday. It was at a commercial complex on Airport Road in Benghazi. The fire caused material damage to the complex.
The Director of the Media Department at the Emergency Medicine and Support Center issued a statement. She told the Libyan News Agency that ambulance and emergency teams responded immediately. They went to the fire location at Jehan Mall. Ambulance vehicles and medical crews were positioned there. Their purpose was to secure the site. They also prepared to handle any potential emergencies.
Al-Majbari confirmed the center provided full readiness. This included medical teams and ambulance supplies. It supported the efforts of the firefighting teams. It also aimed to maintain the safety of citizens and workers at the site.
She added that emergency medical teams continue their field duties. This is part of the declared state of emergency. They coordinate continuously with relevant authorities. Work will continue until the fire is completely under control.
