Benghazi – The head of the Civil Service Ministry’s Diwan in the Eastern Region, Saleh Karkara Ibrahim, visited the Diabetes Diagnosis and Treatment Center in the city of Benghazi, where he met with the center’s director, Dr. Muhannad Al-Oraibi, and the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Sami Al-Houni.
The head of the Diwan discussed public service files at the center, including appointments, the staffing structure, financial releases, regularization of job statuses, grade adjustments, and procedures related to Resolution No. (307).
The head of the Diwan expressed his appreciation to the center’s director and staff for their continuous efforts, while Dr. Al-Oraibi commended the Diwan head’s commitment to following up on employee affairs and supporting the center, which contributes to enhancing the quality of performance and health services provided to patients.
