Benghazi – Final preparations are underway for the launch of the Turkish Home Goods Exhibition, hosted at the Al-Hawari Exhibition Grounds from December 2 to 4, 2025, amid expectations of wide participation from merchants and business people in various sectors related to home goods, electrical appliances, and furnishings.
Fouad Al-Awam, Director General of the Exhibitions and Conferences Department at the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences, stated to the Libyan News Agency that the exhibition, organized by Emaar Libya for Exhibitions and Conferences and supported by the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture, serves as an important platform for direct communication with more than 40 Turkish manufacturers specializing in home goods, furniture, furnishings, and electrical and electronic appliances.
Al-Awam noted that the event offers opportunities to secure commercial agencies and explore the latest products available on the international market, targeting companies selling home goods, electrical appliances, and furnishings in the Libyan market.
Al-Awam called on local companies specializing in sea freight, advertising, and insurance services to participate in the event, stressing that the provision of these services supports the success of economic events and creates an integrated business environment for merchants and visitors.
He affirmed that the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences fully supports the exhibition as part of its efforts to strengthen economic partnerships and encourage trade with foreign markets, thereby contributing to revitalizing the national economy and opening new investment prospects for Libyan companies.
