Libya’s High National Elections Commission (HNEC) announced yesterday that it has officially received the parliamentary electoral law approved by the House of Representatives last week.
Law No. 2 of 2021, which was released publicly, includes 46 articles that contain preliminary provisions for the formation of the next House of Representatives, as well as the conditions for the nomination and voting procedures.
