Sirt – The annual school exhibition was held today at Al-Qari Al-Mujtahid Basic Education School. It was attended by Miftah Abdul-Kafi, Sirt’s Controller of Education. Ahmed Saleh, Director of Health Services in Sirt, also attended. Office managers from the controllerate were present. Several school principals from the city also attended. The Sirt Municipality Education Control Office sponsored and supervised the event.
During the ceremony, the Controller of Education welcomed the attendees. He praised the efforts of school administrations, teachers, and outstanding students throughout the academic year. He affirmed that this annual artistic and technical event reflects students’ creativity and excellence. It motivates them to continue achieving in various fields. He also emphasized the importance of continuous work and innovation. This strengthens the city’s educational and cultural process.
Guests toured the exhibition halls. They viewed artistic paintings created by the students. Additionally, a folk exhibition featured traditional artifacts. It also displayed popular Libyan dishes. They visited the laboratories. They listened to students presenting their work. They affirmed the importance of integrating artistic and technical creativity into education.
The exhibition also included illustrative displays. These simulated Sirt city’s reconstruction efforts. They showcased development undertaken by the National Development Authority for about 18 months. Initiatives from the city’s Development and Reconstruction Fund were also featured.
The Controller of Education noted these activities. They serve as a vital platform to enhance student skills. They build students’ awareness of local heritage and culture.
