Benghazi – The National Committee for Monitoring Prisons and Prisoners’ Conditions conducted its first visit on Sunday. Counselor Ibrahim Bushnaf chairs the committee. The visit was to the Al-Kuwaifia Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution. This institution has both civil and military sections.
