The Speaker of Libya’s House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, held talks on Tuesday with France’s Special Envoy to Libya, Paul Soler.
According to the French Embassy in Libya, the two discussed the “importance of completing the constitutional basis and holding presidential and parliamentary elections quickly”.
