German Foreign Minister, Heiko Mass, and the Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdel Hamid Dbeibeh, have agreed on “quickly and thoroughly” taking the right conditions for Libya elections to take place, according to German Foreign Ministry.
