The Libyan Prime Minister Fathi Bashagha accused the outgoing government headed by Abdel Hamid Dbeibeh of using oil money to stay in power, and wasting it on militias, that it reached terrorists who carried out a recent terrorist attack in Umm al-Aranib in the South.

The Libyan Prime Minister, Fathi Bashagha, said Thursday at the cabinet first meeting held in Sebha, “a new era has begun today in which all Libyans unite for reform, reconstruction and fair distribution of wealth and services without discrimination.”
