Tripoli – Mohammed Takala, President of the High Council of State, met on Monday. He met with Mohammed Al-Shahoubi. Al-Shahoubi is the Minister of Transport and Financial Advisor to the Head of the Government of National Unity.
They discussed the financial situation. They also reviewed the planned disbursement mechanism. This mechanism would be used in the upcoming phase. It is a contingency if the 2026 state general budget is not approved. The meeting took place at the Council’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli.
Both sides reviewed the completed phases of Tripoli International Airport. They also discussed several ongoing projects across the country. Completion rates for these projects were also examined.
