Sebha – Officials from the Strategic Projects Department of the National Development Agency conducted a field visit on Thursday to the city of Sebha to follow up on the progress of projects supervised by the agency in the city.
The field visit included reviewing the progress of work on the Al-Shawish Gherbal International Stadium project, the Al-Musheer Mosque project, the Batal Al-Obour Bridge project, and the Sebha International Airport runway project.
The officials from the agency’s Strategic Projects Department listened to detailed presentations from the supervising engineers on the implementation of the projects, which included information on completion rates, technical challenges, and action plans to complete the remaining items.
During their visit to the projects, the officials conveyed the strict instructions of the Director-General of the National Development Agency, Mahmoud Al-Ferjani, regarding the necessity of full commitment to quality and safety standards in all stages of implementation.
It is noteworthy that the agency is implementing a package of development projects in the southern cities, including paving urban roads, constructing international roads, developing the airport, and building sports stadiums, in addition to other service projects aimed at improving infrastructure and supporting developmental stability in the region.
