Sebha – The Director-General of the National Development Authority, Mahmoud Al-Farjani, inspected a project. He was accompanied by Major General Jamal Al-Amami, head of the Cities Organization Committee. The project involves developing Gamal Abdel Nasser Street in Sebha. It also includes building the ‘Hero of Crossing’ Bridge. This bridge is the first of its kind in the southern region.
The road extends approximately 2,500 meters. It features three lanes in each direction. This is part of efforts to improve the road network. It aims to increase efficiency. The goal is to accommodate the city’s growing traffic.
The delegation reviewed the implementation phases. These phases included removing the existing asphalt and sub-base layers. Inspection and surveying work continues for electricity, sewage, and stormwater networks. This work precedes the completion of the remaining phases. All work follows the approved plan.
