Tripoli – The National Elections Commission has reminded candidates for the council elections in the municipalities of Tobruk, Qasr Al-Jadi, Benghazi, Tocra, Qaminis, Al-Abyar, Suluq, Sirte, and Sabha that the deadline for submitting endorsements via the online portal will be Sunday, November 23, 2025.
In a statement, the Commission clarified that no endorsements will be accepted after this date, as the online portal will close once the specified period ends, urging all candidates to promptly submit their endorsements to ensure their acceptance within the electoral process.
