Tobruk – Abdel Wanis Al-Dinaly is the Director of Branches at the Libyan Red Crescent. He inspected the readiness of the Red Crescent branch in Tobruk. He also checked the emergency teams. This was in preparation for adverse weather conditions. He also monitored the situation in the Al-Batnan area. This ensured the mitigation of potential risks to citizens.
During the visit, Al-Dinaly praised the efforts of the Red Crescent teams. He also commended the role of the Security Directorate. The Emergency Committee also received praise. They enhanced coordination and joint work. This protects residents. It also addresses any emergencies from weather fluctuations.
