Spokesman of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Major General Ahmed al-Mismari, explained that there are “certain parties that try to obstruct the military track led by 5+5 Commission.”
Al-Mismari indicated that “the militias affiliated with the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood Group are trying to obstruct the military track, because the Muslim Brotherhood Group is afraid of the upcoming elections that will cause them and their militias to fall.”
“LNA General Commander, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, destroyed the malignant terrorist project of the Muslim Brotherhood to control Libya and its capabilities, in favor of their terrorist plans,” LNA Spokesman told the London-based Asharq Alawsat newspaper.
