Tripoli – The Center for Criminal Research and Training has launched a course titled “Forensic Medicine Basics for Investigators” as part of its 2025–2026 training program. The course targets 150 deputy public prosecutors. Six sessions are planned, covering four groups of participants from the appellate courts in Derna, Tobruk, Al-Bayda, Benghazi, Sabha, Gharyan, Al-Zawiya, Al-Khums, Misrata, South Tripoli, and North Tripoli.
The program aims to improve participants’ skills and knowledge in criminal justice sciences. It also seeks to teach practical forensic techniques that support judicial work, ultimately enhancing crime scene management.
The course is designed to build investigators’ technical abilities and complete preparatory training for new members at the initial level of judicial institutions. Training methods include discussion sessions, hands-on exercises, and case studies, along with field applications simulating real crimes.
