TRIPOLI – The Turkish defense ministry posted on Wednesday online pictures showing its military personnel give Explosives and IED Training to Libyan forces.
This notably coincided with the Berlin Conference on Libya, whose concluding declaration included a provision calling for the withdrawal of foreign forces out of Libya without Libya. Turkey, which took part in the conference, expressed a reservation about this provision
