Former Spokesperson for the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Sallak, revealed this. A few weeks ago, some voices emerged from Zintan. They expressed displeasure over the continued social cover and protection provided to Saif al-Islam in the city. However, other voices denounced this. Others denied that such statements had come from any party in Zintan.
In special statements to Erem News, Al-Sallak expressed his surprise. He was responding to a statement by Saif al-Islam’s lawyer regarding the incident. Al-Sallak asked, “How did he know the method by which Saif al-Islam was killed? How did he know it was at the hands of a commando unit?”
He added, “This is dangerous talk. He must provide the Libyan Attorney General with all information he possesses. This is especially true if he truly has evidence.”
