The National Development Agency has announced an accelerated pace of work on the Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous Bridge project, located at Al-Zaafaran Island on the main Sirte road.
The agency added that the reinforcement of piers, the pouring of foundations and reinforced concrete, the preparation of slabs and transverse beams, and the execution of backfilling, compaction, and insulating paint works have been completed in accordance with the highest technical and engineering standards.
The project is considered one of the most prominent strategic projects aimed at addressing traffic bottlenecks and enhancing the infrastructure in the city of Sirte, in line with the requirements of national development and reconstruction.
The National Development Agency affirmed that the project’s implementation is proceeding under the directives of the General Command and with the direct supervision of the Director-General, confirming its commitment to moving forward in advancing urban development and services.
