The Head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qadirboh, has issued a decision to precautionary suspend from work the individual identified as (A. A. D.), the Financial Controller at the Janzour Health Services Administration.
Qadirboh clarified in Decision No. (647) for the year 2025 that the suspension was for reasons of public interest.
He noted that this measure was based on letter No. (4-949) from the Director of the West Tripoli branch of the Administrative Control Authority, and in accordance with the provision of Article (31) of Law No. (20) of 2013 concerning the establishment of the Administrative Control Authority and its amendments, and its executive regulations.
