The designated Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR), Fawzi al-Nuwairi, called on the members of the House to attend the session scheduled for this Monday at HoR headquarters in Tobruk.
The session is dedicated to hearing to the briefing of the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) on the conduct of the electoral process, according to a statement published by HoR on Saturday.
