Intensive Training Program for Equestrian, Theater, and Arts Authority Members in Benghazi

Benghazi – The General Authority for Equestrian, Theater, and Arts has launched an intensive training program. The program is held in Benghazi. It targets the authority’s members. This initiative aims to develop staff and enhance professional competence. The “Leaders for Sustainable Development” organization is cooperating on the program. Sessions are taking place at Apollonia University.

The program’s slogan is “The Most Important Skills for Self-Development.” It aims to enhance employee capabilities. It also seeks to build a more professional work environment. This environment will meet future demands. The program develops administrative and professional skills.

The program began with a lecture by Professor Mabrouka Al-Meshiti. Her presentation was titled “Get Ready… Your Next Job Opportunity Might Be Yours.” She discussed labor market requirements. The lecture also covered time management. Mechanisms for successful professional decision-making were highlighted.

This program aligns with the vision of Mohamed Al-Bayoudi. He heads the Authority. His vision seeks to elevate administrative and technical performance. This is achieved by investing in human resources. It also includes providing continuous training and qualification programs.

This initiative is part of an integrated plan. It aims to establish professional work standards within the Authority. There is a strong focus on training. This is seen as fundamental to developing institutional performance.

The program spans six days. Participants will receive modern training and knowledge. This will improve job performance. It also prepares staff for innovation. They will then be able to keep pace with the Authority’s development.
