Benghazi – The General Authority for Equestrian, Theater, and Arts has launched an intensive training program. The program is held in Benghazi. It targets the authority’s members. Sessions are taking place at Apollonia University.
The program’s slogan is “The Most Important Skills for Self-Development.” It aims to enhance employee capabilities. It also seeks to build a more professional work environment. This environment will meet future demands. The program develops administrative and professional skills.
The program began with a lecture by Professor Mabrouka Al-Meshiti. Her presentation was titled “Get Ready… Your Next Job Opportunity Might Be Yours.” She discussed labor market requirements. The lecture also covered time management. Mechanisms for successful professional decision-making were highlighted.
This program aligns with the vision of Mohamed Al-Bayoudi. He heads the Authority. His vision seeks to elevate administrative and technical performance. This is achieved by investing in human resources. It also includes providing continuous training and qualification programs.
