Libya take part in African Airports Development Conference in Cairo

Libya’s Airports Authority attended the African Regional Airports Council “2024 ACI AFRICA” conference, taking place in Egypt from February 23 to March 1.

The gathering kicked off under the theme (Airports: Levers of Socioeconomic and Sustainable Growth) with the participation of 400 relevant officials from 52 African countries, including Libya’s delegation, which comprised directors of Ubari, Kufra, Tobruk, Zuwara, and Zintan airports.

The Airports Authority said in a statement that the conference serves as a global collaborative platform for experts, policymakers, and specialists in the field of aviation to exchange experiences and address challenges crucial to advancing Africa’s aviation sector.

The attendance will also engage in strategic discussions on policy formulations and explore the latest trends and services in aviation technology.
