The Governor of the Libyan Central Bank, Saddiq A- Kabeer, held talks on Sunday with the European Union Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, in Tripoli.
The two discussed “the development of the business environment with capacity building and technical assistance,” according to a statement by Orlando via X.
“We also discussed the need to ensure a transparent and coordinated effort for the reconstruction of Derna and other communities affected by the floods,” added the European diplomat.
