Minister of Labor directs on the necessity of raising the efficiency of the offices and serving the citizens

Sirte – The Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation, Abdullah Arhouma, stressed the need to improve the efficiency of labor and rehabilitation offices. He also emphasized enhancing services provided to citizens. He affirmed his support for overcoming all difficulties faced by these offices in their daily tasks. This came during a meeting with Ali Al-Hamri.

Al-Hamri is the Director of the Follow-up Department for Labor and Rehabilitation Inspectorates and Offices. The meeting aimed to monitor workflow in various offices. It also updated the minister on their administrative and technical conditions.

The meeting reviewed the level of services provided. Key challenges and operational needs were discussed. Work development plans were also presented. These plans include improving the efficiency of personnel. This ensures higher quality and more regular services. It also ensures services meet current stage requirements.

The minister emphasized the importance of enhancing job discipline. He also stressed improving the work environment. Providing essential needs for offices is crucial. This must be done in coordination with relevant authorities. It aims to achieve the ministry’s strategic goals. It also seeks to provide better services to citizens.
