Ras Al-Hilal – The National Safety Authority concluded on Wednesday its training course, held on the shores of the Ras Al-Hilal area west of the city of Derna, which aimed to enhance the readiness of its maritime rescue teams.
The Authority explained that the training course took place under the supervision of Major General Faisal Injeyem, Director of the Maritime Rescue Department at the Authority, and included specialized training in rescuing the drowning and retrieving objects from underwater.
The Authority indicated that the training course witnessed a distinguished and wide participation from members of the maritime rescue teams from the cities of Benghazi, Derna, Tobruk, and Susa, and the areas of Driana, Tolmeitha, Al-Haniya, Al-Hamama, and Ras Al-Hilal.
