The Ministry also provides direct oversight of the project.
The Ministry explained the project’s implementation. The National Company for Distribution Projects is undertaking the work. This company is a supporting entity for the Ministry. Its goal is a permanent solution. It will resolve the electricity fluctuation and outage problem. Residents of Al-Diwan district suffered from these issues for a long time. Temporary solutions are to be avoided.
The project work includes digging a path. This path is for high-voltage cables. It is approximately 180 meters long inside the district. Low-voltage cables, about 100 meters long, are also being installed. A dedicated base is under construction for a ready-made power station. This station has a capacity of 500 kilovolt-amperes. This will enhance electrical voltage stability. It will also improve energy distribution efficiency.
The Ministry affirmed the work’s execution. It was done according to approved technical specifications. Technical teams will begin soon. These teams are from the Green Mountain – Al-Bayda Distribution Department. They will charge the station and regulate loads. This marks the end of electricity fluctuation problems.
