Libyan House of Representatives session for today has been postponed to next Monday, after it was scheduled to be held this afternoon to approve the budget of the Government of National Unity.
The plane of Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, left Tobruk’s airport last night using the headlights of his delegates’ cars to lighten runaway, the airport’s manager Saad Jaballah confirmed on Tuesday.
