Sirt – The Agricultural Police in Sirt continue their field efforts. These efforts aim to protect agricultural properties and preserve rights. This is achieved by implementing judicial rulings issued by competent authorities. These actions contribute to enhancing stability within agricultural areas.

The Agricultural Police agency affirmed its commitment through its activities. This applies to the Al-Dhuhair area, which is part of Sirt municipality. The agency seeks to establish the rule of law. It prevents encroachments on agricultural lands. It also ensures the preservation of citizens’ rights. This is done according to approved legal frameworks.

Brigadier General Adel Abridan is the spokesperson for the Agricultural Police agency. He spoke to the Libyan News Agency. He explained that Sirt Agricultural Police Station patrols have started operations. These patrols were accompanied by a team from Sirt Security Operations Department. An engineering team with agricultural expertise also participated. This team was officially mandated by the Sirt Court. They began implementing a judicial ruling. This ruling involves demarcating the boundaries of a citizen’s farm. The farm is located in the Al-Dhuhair area.

He indicated the operation included placing field markers. These markers followed the general approved map for the Al-Dhuhair project. This ensures the establishment of agricultural properties. It also reduces future disputes. He confirmed the implementation followed legal procedures. It involved full coordination among concerned parties.

Brigadier General Abridan added that these efforts are being implemented. They follow instructions from the head of the Agricultural Police branch in the Central Region. They are part of the agency’s strategy. This strategy aims to protect agricultural lands. It also seeks to preserve the state’s authority. Furthermore, it aims to enhance security and stability in agricultural areas.
