The Civil Service looks into settling the financial situations of some medical staff

Benghazi – Saleh Karkara chairs the Civil Service Ministry’s Diwan in the Eastern Region. He held an extensive meeting at Benghazi Medical Center. The meeting discussed several administrative files. It also covered organizational files. These files concern medical staff in the Eastern Region.

Dr. Khaled Al-Jazawi attended the meeting. He is the Director of Benghazi Medical Center. Several specialized department directors also attended. Nursing staff representatives were present. Discussions focused on mechanisms to regularize previous contracts. These contracts were for staff working at the center. Their legal procedures were not completed previously.

The Director General of Benghazi Medical Center reviewed the steps taken. The center’s management sought necessary approvals for contract agreements. These will be forwarded to the Ministry’s Diwan. The Diwan will approve them and upload them to the system. This aims to issue financial numbers for targeted beneficiaries.

Karkara affirmed the Diwan’s commitment during the meeting. The Diwan seeks to enhance continuous coordination with the center’s management. This ensures the legal rectification of contracts. It also completes accreditation procedures. Furthermore, they are tracking financial disbursements. These disbursements are targeted from 2022 until now.

The Head of the Diwan emphasized this point. The Diwan’s doors are open to all employees. They are also open to all citizens. This helps to facilitate procedures. It also achieves career justice.
