Benghazi – The Libyan General Federation for “Jeet Kune Do and Muay Boran” Sports announced a specialized refereeing course. It focuses on “Jeet Kune Do” methods (Level 3 C). This is part of the federation’s plan to develop the technical system. It also aims to enhance the efficiency of Libyan referees.
The course will run for seven days under the federation’s supervision. Its goal is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the game’s rules. It will qualify them for an official refereeing license. This license will allow them to manage local tournaments. It also opens the door for representing Libya in Arab and African forums.
General Federation President Ahmed Zidan Al-Zaidani commented on the initiative. He stated this course is a strategic step. It will establish a strong base of national competencies. These professionals can manage competitions with fairness and professionalism. He emphasized that a referee’s role is crucial for any sports success. The federation seeks to provide formal academic training. This training ensures excellence. It also elevates the level of self-defense sports in Libya.
