Sabha – The National Oil Corporation continues its efforts. It aims to ease the fuel and cooking gas crisis in the Southern region. Several new supply stations have opened. These stations will improve services. They will also meet citizens’ needs.
Brak Al-Shati station is among the new facilities. It has made gas readily available to citizens. Previously, residents endured long queues for supplies. Engineer Abdullah Ambiweh supervises the station. He stated operations run daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. The station distributes 1,000 cylinders each day. It receives approximately 1,600 cylinders daily. This volume is based on its storage tank capacity.
Ambiweh noted the consistent availability of gas. It has alleviated many crises in the southern regions. This has also reduced bottlenecks. He urged citizens to buy only their necessary needs. He advised against speculation or trading the gas for profit. He emphasized the emergency police’s role. They belong to the Brak Al-Shati Security Directorate. They regulate traffic entering and exiting the station. This ensures smooth and orderly service delivery.
