Benghazi – The second round of the Libyan Premier League concluded. It saw significant results. These results intensified the early competition for qualification spots. This was especially true in Group Four and Group Two. Al-Nasr, Al-Murooj, and Al-Olympique clubs showed strong performances.
At the Martyrs of Benina Stadium, Al-Nasr won the derby against Al-Tahaddy. The score was 2-1. It was a competitive match. Al-Nasr scored first. Yahya Al-Zlitni netted the goal. In Group Two, Al-Olympique continued its positive run. They achieved their second consecutive win. They beat Al-Shumoo’a 1-0. The match was held at Al-Zawiya Stadium. Tunisian Ali Al-Amri scored the goal. Al-Olympique raised its points to 6. Al-Shumoo’a remained without points. In another game in the same group, Al-Tersana and Ittihad Gharyan drew nil-nil. Each team earned one point.
