Al-Khums – The Al-Khums Primary Prosecution has ordered the pre-trial detention of two intelligence officers on charges of murdering agency member Ahmed Abdulazim Al-Arbad, after his body was found inside a burnt car in the middle of this month.
Investigations revealed that a direct heat source was used to burn the car after the victim was shot. The evidence led to the suspects, who confessed to luring the victim to their home, killing him, moving the body, and setting the car on fire to mislead public opinion into believing it was a traffic accident. Legal measures have been taken to detain the suspects pending the investigation.
