U.S. Acting Assistant Secretary for Near Eastern Affairs, Yael Lempert, has arrived in Tripoli to attend the Libya Stability Conference, joined by U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, according to U.S. Embassy in Libya.
“The United States is committed to supporting Libya’s unity, sovereignty, and upcoming elections,” the Embassy tweeted on Thursday.
