Benghazi – A training course was held. Rafia Faraj Al-Barnawi is the Chairperson of Al-Rawnaq Organization for Women and Children. She stated that empowering women in community reconciliation is a fundamental pillar. It helps build a cohesive and stable society. Women possess important skills in dialogue and mediation. These skills contribute to resolving conflicts. They also promote values of tolerance and peace.
She added that the course covered several specialized topics. Key topics included constructive dialogue skills. Community mediation techniques were also discussed.
