Tripoli – The Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Agency arrested an individual. The person was apprehended for drug trafficking. This occurred in the Ras Hassan area of Tripoli. The agency clarified that the operation followed precise monitoring and investigations. These were carried out by the Operations and Coordination Department.
The suspect was found with 587 suspected psychotropic pills. These pills were identified as Tramadol and Rouge types. A piece of suspected hashish was also seized. The agency confirmed in a Sunday statement that necessary legal measures have been taken. The arrested individual has been referred to the specialized Anti-Narcotics Prosecution.
