The Public Prosecution in Libya ordered the detention of a former general manager. He headed the African Investment Company – Laico Lab Sudan. He was accused of attempting to seize public funds. This was done using forged official documents.
The Tripoli Criminal Court issued a ruling. The court sentenced the defendant to six years in prison. He was also fined two thousand dinars.
