The Libyan Relief and Humanitarian Aid Agency held an emergency meeting this morning at its headquarters in Benghazi, chaired by Mr. Salem Buzarida, the head of the agency, and attended by board members from across Libya.
The meeting was held to evaluate what has been accomplished during the current year, monitor the challenges and shortcomings facing relief work, and discuss priorities for the next phase to ensure the continued delivery of humanitarian support to those in need throughout the country.
During the meeting, the head of the agency stressed the importance of enhancing the efficiency of relief work and unifying the efforts of all branches to ensure a rapid and effective response to growing humanitarian needs.
