“France salutes Parliament’s adoption of the Presidential Election Law and referring it to the High National Elections Commission (HNEC),” said the French Embassy in Libya.

“France encourages HoR to refer the Parliamentary Elections Law as soon as possible so that HNEC can organize elections on December 24, awaited by the United Nations and the Libyan people,” the Embassy tweeted on Saturday.
