Al-Qubba – The President of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, on Monday, discussed with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, the two countries’ efforts to consolidate bilateral relations and enhance channels of communication and cooperation in various fields.
During the meeting in the city of Al-Qubba, the two sides addressed a number of files of common interest, emphasizing the importance of developing the partnership between Libya and Italy at the political, economic, and security levels.
The two sides also exchanged views on the latest developments in Libya and the region.
Both parties stressed the continuation of diplomatic coordination to serve mutual interests and contribute to supporting regional stability.
