Twenty two leaders of armed groups in the Western region published a statement on Tuesday declaring their refusal to holding Libya elections based the laws approved by the House of Representatives (HoR), in clear and explicit support for the position of the prominent leader at the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood Group, Khalid al-Mishri.
