The Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC) has announced that it would provide a comprehensive briefing on the developments of the electoral process in a press conference next Sunday, and would announce the opening of the door for candidacy for the presidential and parliamentary elections, and the start of the process of distributing voter cards.
