Special Advisor to UN, Stephanie Williams, said she met Tuesday with Deputy President of the Presidency Council, Abdulla al-Lafi in Tripoli, where she explained the goal of her mission in Libya, “to lead the three intra-Libyan tracks – political, economic, and military – and support the electoral process.”
