Benghazi – Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, followed up on Saturday. He inspected reconstruction and development projects in Benghazi. The National Development Authority supervises these projects. Haftar was accompanied by the Deputy Commander-in-Chief. The Army Chief of Staff was also present. The tour included monitoring the Juliana Free Zone project. Haftar inspected its implementation phases. He also inaugurated the first and second phases of the port’s container terminal. The Commander-in-Chief reviewed the progress rates. He checked the construction and equipment works.
