The Authority clarified that the conference will be held in Benghazi. It is scheduled from September 9 to 10. The event will coincide with the second Libyan Exhibition for Scientific Research, Innovation, and Investment.
The conference aims to facilitate knowledge exchange. It will showcase scientific output. Another goal is to link academic research with real-world investment. This is vital given the global digital transformation. Submissions for participation abstracts will open on March 1, 2026. The final deadline for abstract submissions is April 4, 2026.
